Due to the heavy impact of the covid 19 epidemic on the freight sector, our goods may be delivered to our customers later than expected. We are very grateful that you continue to support us during this difficult time. We will try our best to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. In case you have a delivery delay, or delay in receiving tracking please don’t worry, contact us whenever you need assistance, we are always by customers’ side.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Estimated Ship Timelines Do Not Include Handling/Production Time!

Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time

All our products are shipped as ordered just for you, so they will be put through a shipping process, therefore there will be a handling time on them.

Shipping cost:
Shipping cost is calculated based on order value as as shown below:

  • The shipping cost for a 2-pack is $7.95
  • The shipping cost for a 6-pack is $12.95
  • All product packages above 6-packs ship for free in the US.

Delivery time:
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods.

Shipping time:
From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.

*In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope you can understand.

  • Handling time: 1-2 business days
  • Transit time: 2-3 business days

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

Delivered to multiple addresses:
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

If customers shipment does not arrive e.g., lost in transit, please contact us ASAP and we will sort it out for you.

Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.
